I highly recommend Inland Trenchless! Eric is personable and detail oriented. He spoke to me numerous times before the job, and studied the sewer video for the best strategy, which avoided lawn and basement damage. Though company owner, Eric was actually doing the work and supervising his crew. Inland was a notch above the local competition.

People who keep to their word, especially over a half year later, are great people to do business with in my book. Deserving of 5 stars!

We’d been having some issues with sewage backup on and off since moving back to the area in 2024 and were on the search for a great, locally owned, plumbing company to remediate the problem. After several months, and a few different companies, we stumbled onto Inland Trenchless. I gave them a call and Eric was out, same day, to take a look at what was going on, get our history of the issue, and explore solutions with us. When Eric arrived, he pulled up the city’s record of the wastewater plumbing and pipes in the area. He walked me through the structures in the road, how they fed from further up the road, how our house was tied into its own sewer system that ran parallel with the city’s larger main, and all of the other details surrounding our plumbing situation. Long story short, Eric is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also wants the best outcome for his customers. When it came time to remediating the issues, he offered us several options and then told us what he would do, if the house were his. We were happy with the plan, the cost, and their availability. We scheduled with Inland and they completed the work in a half day’s time. Eric and the crew were approachable, considerate, and executed the work in a professional manner. If we have any further plumbing needs in the foreseeable future, I’m going to give Eric and Inland Trenchless another call. They’ve earned our business for life.

I cannot recommend Eric and his team highly enough. From the very first visit, Eric was professional, kind, honest, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I received multiple estimates for my sewer repair, and after meeting Eric, I knew I would have chosen his company regardless of the price because of the trust and confidence he inspired. He’s a very down to earth, good man . As it turned out, his estimate was also very competitive, which made the decision even easier. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, kept me informed every step of the way, and treated my property with care and respect. In fact, when they were finished, my yard looked better than I expected after such a major project! They went above and beyond to clean up and restore everything. Most importantly, I now have complete peace of mind knowing the job was done right. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, integrity, and genuinely great customer service, but that’s exactly what I found with Eric and his team. If you need sewer work done, you can trust that you’re in excellent hands.

Eric and his team do great work. Quick. Responsive . Professional. Clean. Promise keepers! They trenched our sewer as precautionary measures with a bathroom remodel in our basement. It was fall. The ground became un-level and they came back two days ago (spring) within a two day request, not inly were they quick to respond, it’s Flawless.

Eric, thank you very much for coming and lining. Our sewer pipes, I highly recommend this company and his crew. Very reasonable prices compared to the big corporation plumbing outfits. They came in. They did the job Even though it 97 degrees 1 day at 95, the other day. They still came out with no shade and worked. An got the job done in that time. Like They said they would you guys rock? Thanks again Eric

Eric did a great job, and we had a large sewer issue that involved a large retaining wall! They were able to use their advanced equipment to pull a pipe through our broken pipe without having to touch the rock wall. They not only fixed everything perfectly but make it look as good as new. Our realtor recommended them as she is very aware of contractors and knew Inland Trenchless did some very big jobs on the south hill. I would recommend them without hesitation and so would our realtor! They even did work for the city in Riverfront Park!
